POOL DIMENSION PLANNING
A square inflatable pool has four equal-length sides, but its external dimensions are not the same as the usable internal water dimensions. Wall thickness and the selected water level affect the calculated volume.
For a simplified square layout, subtract the assumed wall thickness on both sides.
Internal Side = External Side − 2 × Wall Thickness
Multiply the internal water area by the selected example fill depth.

Calculation assumptions: All three examples use an assumed 15 cm wall thickness, straight internal walls and a flat pool floor. The fill depths are mathematical examples only, not approved operating water levels.
Before production: Final capacity must be checked against the approved internal dimensions, wall height, floor construction and validated water level. Rounded corners, fittings and wall deformation can change the actual result.
Installation planning: Water adds substantial weight to the filled pool. The buyer must verify that the supporting surface, drainage and operating environment are suitable, especially for larger sizes and elevated locations.
DROP-STITCH POOL CONSTRUCTION
A square drop stitch pool is an inflatable swimming pool with four equal-length sides and firm, air-filled wall sections. Drop-stitch fabric connects the two faces of each wall and helps control wall thickness when inflated. The corner joints, floor connection and working pressure must be reviewed as part of the complete structure.
The wall structure combines drop-stitch fabric with an air-retaining PVC construction. Wall thickness, material selection and inflation requirements must suit the selected pool size and height.
The four corners connect the straight wall sections. Joint construction and reinforcement need to be reviewed because filled water pushes outward against the pool walls.
