Quality Control Buyers Can Verify
A factory should be able to explain what is checked, when it is checked and how the approved specification is carried into production.
Inspection requirements differ between SUP boards, docks, pools, kayaks, ice baths, air tracks and wrestling mats. The final QC plan should therefore follow the product structure and buyer requirements.
Third-party pre-shipment inspection can also be arranged when required by the buyer, importer or retailer.

Lead Time and FOB Planning

What is the MOQ for custom inflatable products?
Prototype and sample orders can start from one piece. Bulk MOQ depends on the product category, dimensions, material, logo method, packaging and production setup. Send us your project details for a model-specific MOQ.
How long does sample development and bulk production take?
The schedule is confirmed after the specification and artwork are reviewed. Developing a new structure normally requires more time than adding a logo to an existing product. Bulk production begins after sample and specification approval.
Can you develop a product from a sketch or reference sample?
Yes. We can review sketches, reference photos, existing samples or basic dimensional requirements. Our team first checks manufacturability and then prepares the drawing and sampling plan required for approval.
Can Huale sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. An NDA can be signed before confidential drawings, artwork or product-development information is shared. Product ownership and exclusivity terms should also be written into the project agreement when required.
