MOQ and production timing depend on the product category, dimensions, material structure, printing method, accessories, packaging, order quantity and current factory schedule.
An existing SUP model with custom graphics may follow a different MOQ and schedule from a new floating dock, swimming pool or custom drop stitch structure. Final terms are confirmed in the written quotation after the specification has been reviewed.
What quality checks are included in production?
The quality-control plan may include incoming-material inspection, dimensional checks, printing review, bonding or seam inspection, valve and component checks, inflation or air-retention testing, surface inspection, accessory verification and export-carton checks.
The exact inspection items, test pressure, test duration and acceptance standard depend on the selected product and approved production specification.
What certificates, test reports and after-sales terms can be provided?
Available factory audits, material reports and product-specific documents depend on the selected product, construction, intended use, testing scope and destination market.
Buyers should provide the required country and standard before production so our team can confirm which current documents apply. Not every certificate applies automatically to every inflatable product category.
Warranty scope, claim period, repair support, spare components and the process for resolving verified production defects are recorded in the quotation or sales agreement for each order.
