The water volumes above are reference values for listed models. For a custom round, rectangular or oval specification, calculate the estimated working volume from the internal water dimensions and planned fill depth.
A drop stitch inflatable pool uses internal threads to keep the wall thickness stable under pressure. This creates a flatter, more rigid pool wall than a conventional soft inflatable swimming pool while keeping the structure foldable for transport and storage.
The internal thread structure controls the distance between the two surfaces and helps the wall retain its designed shape.
PVC layers protect the structural fabric and provide the outer surface used for welding, branding and finished-product assembly.
Round and rectangular pools should not be treated as the same structure. Straight walls and corners require different engineering control from circular walls.
Start from an existing round or rectangular pool structure, then adjust the dimensions, appearance, drainage, accessories and packaging according to the target market and sales channel.
Confirm diameter or length and width together with the required wall height.
Coordinate the pool surface and wall colors with your brand or product range.
Confirm logo artwork, print position and other visible graphics before production.
Drain layout should be confirmed according to the pool shape and operating environment.
Pumps, repair items, covers and other accessories can be planned according to the final program.
Confirm carton artwork, labels, barcode and instructions before bulk packing.
Huale supports different reinforced PVC drop stitch material grades for OEM pool projects. Select the build according to your target market, use frequency, budget and required commercial durability.
1000D PVC is typically considered when buyers prioritize competitive product cost, manageable packed volume and standard rigid-wall performance for retail, e-commerce and lighter seasonal use.
1500D PVC is better suited to resorts, rentals and commercial projects where buyers place more emphasis on repeated handling, shape retention, durability and lower replacement risk.

Pool quality control should cover the inflatable structure, shape accuracy, sealing, drainage, branding and packing details agreed in the approved specification.
Confirm the selected structure, pool dimensions and wall specification against the approved order.
Inspect joining areas and visible workmanship, with additional attention to rectangular wall and corner areas.
Check valve installation, sealing and the drain position specified for the selected model.
Finished pools are checked for pressure retention according to the agreed QC procedure.
Shape, wall rigidity and model-specific water-load performance should be reviewed before bulk shipment.
Confirm colors, logo position, accessories, labels and carton details before shipment preparation.
For B2B supplier review, Huale can provide available factory audit records, quality-management documents and relevant product test reports. These materials can help brands, distributors and project buyers evaluate our drop stitch pool production and quality-control process before sample approval and bulk orders.
Please confirm which documents apply to the selected pool model and destination market.
Our production facility supports drop stitch pool development from material preparation and precision cutting to welding, printing, assembly, quality control and final packing. For OEM and bulk orders, production is organized around the approved pool specification, including shape, dimensions, branding, drainage, accessories and packaging.
Our factory supports OEM and bulk inflatable product programs with dedicated production areas, material handling, manufacturing equipment and final inspection. Buyers can review the production environment as part of supplier qualification before sample approval and bulk orders.
Production equipment supports material cutting, surface printing, drop stitch processing, welding and assembly according to the approved pool specification. Equipment and process selection depend on the pool shape, dimensions and construction requirements.
Quality checks can cover material performance, dimensions, seams, valves, drainage components, air retention and other model-specific requirements. Finished pools are inspected against the approved specification before packing and shipment.
Testing procedures and inspection requirements are confirmed according to the selected pool model and order specification.
For B2B buyers, Huale can support drop stitch swimming pools, SUP boards and ice bath tubs from one production system. This helps distributors, brands and importers simplify supplier management, QC communication, packaging control and container planning.
Practical answers for pool brands, distributors, resorts, rental operators and commercial buyers planning a custom drop stitch pool project.
A drop stitch pool uses thousands of internal polyester threads to connect the inner and outer PVC layers. When inflated, these threads hold the wall in a flat, rigid shape instead of allowing it to expand like a soft inflatable tube.
This structure provides better wall rigidity, shape retention and commercial stability than traditional low-pressure ring-top pools. It is suitable for pool brands, resorts, rental operators and buyers who need a portable pool that can still be folded for storage and export shipping.
For a 15cm DWF drop stitch wall, approximately 10–12 PSI is commonly used to achieve rigid-wall performance.
The final working pressure must still be confirmed according to the pool size, wall height, material structure, welding design and expected water load. Before bulk production, Huale can carry out sample inflation, air-retention and water-load testing to confirm the recommended pressure.
Yes. Huale supports round, square, rectangular and project-specific pool designs. Custom options include length, width, diameter, wall height, color, logo, drain position, accessories and private-label packaging.
Buyers can review our round drop stitch pool options and rectangular drop stitch pool options before requesting a custom quotation.
A 1000D PVC build is normally considered for retail programs, seasonal use and projects where purchase cost and packed volume are important.
A 1500D PVC build is more suitable for resorts, rentals, commercial projects and products expected to be installed, moved or used frequently. The final recommendation should be based on pool dimensions, use frequency, target market, expected service life and budget rather than material denier alone.
MOQ is confirmed by pool size, material grade, printing method, accessory kit, packaging and customization level. A standard production model and a fully custom commercial pool may have different minimum quantities.
Send us your required dimensions, order quantity and target market. Our team will confirm the practical MOQ together with sample cost, unit price and container-loading estimate.
Testing can include material inspection, dimensional checks, seam and welding inspection, inflation testing, air-retention testing and full water-load verification.
For custom projects, we recommend approving a pre-production sample before mass production. The sample allows the buyer to confirm wall rigidity, dimensions, branding, drain placement, accessories and packaging.
Yes. OEM options can include custom colors, printed logos, wall graphics, drain valves, selected filtration connections, repair kits, pumps, covers, accessory bags, cartons and instruction manuals.
Filtration ports and other structural fittings must be confirmed during the design stage because their position can affect welding layout, water sealing and final product testing.
Please provide the pool shape, length or diameter, width, wall height, expected use, target market, estimated quantity, material preference and branding requirements.
It is also helpful to include your required accessories, packaging method, destination country and target delivery date. With these details, Huale can recommend a suitable structure and prepare a more accurate OEM quotation.
Sample and bulk production lead times depend on the pool structure, dimensions, customization, artwork, accessories, packaging and order quantity.
For custom projects, the production schedule should be confirmed after the specification and artwork are approved. Buyers with a required launch or delivery date should provide the target schedule when requesting a quotation.
Available factory audit records, quality-management documents and relevant product test reports can support buyer qualification before sample approval and bulk production.
The applicable documents depend on the selected pool model, buyer requirements and destination market. Please confirm the required documentation during the quotation or sample stage rather than assuming that every certificate applies to every pool configuration.
Packing requirements should be confirmed together with the pool size, folded dimensions, accessories and private-label requirements. Buyers may also need carton artwork, barcodes, labels, manuals and shipping marks for their sales channel.
For freight planning, provide the order quantity, destination and preferred trade term. Packed dimensions and shipment volume should be based on the final approved pool and packaging specification.
Repeat orders should reference the previously approved product specification, including dimensions, material structure, colors, artwork, drain layout, accessories and packaging.
If any component, artwork or specification needs to change, the revision should be confirmed before production so the new order can be checked against the correct approved version.
