Standard Beginner SUP Specifications
Baseline factory specs optimised for first-time paddlers and rental environments. All parameters adjustable under ODM agreements from 200 pcs.
10'6" is the most popular beginner length — stable enough for a first-timer to stand up confidently, short enough to manoeuvre in small spaces. 11'0" suits taller or heavier paddlers.
Wider than a performance board by design. The extra width gives beginners the stability margin they need to stand up without the board tipping — reducing falls and building confidence faster.
Drop-stitch inflated to 15 PSI. A 6-inch board provides a rigid, level platform — it does not bow under a rider's weight the way a 4-inch board does, which is a key comfort factor for beginners.
Standard beginner boards ship with a wide centre-strip EVA. Full-deck EVA is available as an upgrade — recommended for rental use where paddlers of varying ability move around on the board.
Inner drop-stitch fabric bonded to outer PVC laminate. Heat-welded rail seams — not glued. Critical for rental environments where boards are frequently dragged on beaches and handled roughly.
Standard rating covers the majority of adult users. 10'6" x 32" configuration. Wider or longer configurations can be rated to 300 lbs+ for resort fleets where maximum rider versatility is needed.

Full-deck EVA is particularly important for rental use, where guests with no paddle board experience will move around the board, sit, kneel, and lie down in positions that take them off the centre strip.
Colour options: any solid colour or two-tone. Texture options: standard diamond groove or softer flat EVA for warmer markets.

For orders of 100+ pcs, we provide pre-shipment QC photos and an inspection report before the container is sealed. Third-party QC inspectors (your own or a hired agent) are welcome on-site during production at no charge from our side.
Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system governs the full production process — not just a final check at the end.
You choose what goes in. We can include or exclude any item, upgrade the paddle from aluminium to fibreglass or carbon fibre, or add an electric pump option. Kit contents are confirmed at the spec stage and priced as a bundle. Contact us for a complete kit quote.
Our boards use dual-layer drop-stitch construction with heat-welded PVC rails. Single-layer boards with glued seams fail under this kind of use within one to two seasons. Heat-welded rails have no glue joint to fail — the seam is mechanically one piece.
For rental operators specifically, we recommend the 6-inch dual-layer configuration over the entry-level single-layer option. The cost difference per board is recovered within one season through lower repair and replacement costs.
We do not sell under our own brand name in consumer markets — there is no channel conflict with your distribution.
For retail buyers positioning at an entry price point, single-layer may be appropriate. For rental operators or buyers positioning at mid-market and above, dual-layer construction pays for itself through significantly lower warranty claims, fewer replacements, and longer fleet lifespan.
