A bending board creates drag, destroys stability, and leads to terrible customer reviews. The secret to a profitable Tandem SKU is extreme rigidity.
Huale solves this by utilizing ultra-dense drop-stitch cores combined with dual-layer fusion PVC. Depending on your target payload, we engineer the board at 6 to 8 inches thick. The result is a rock-solid platform that glides across the water, even with 500 lbs of weight, pets, and a cooler on board.

Extra width is critical for tandem stability. It prevents the board from tipping when paddlers are out of sync or when a dog jumps off the side.
Standard 6" handles most couples easily. For heavy-duty rental fleets or families carrying extra gear, we offer a massive 8" thick core for ultimate rigidity.
Pumping a 14' board is a workout. We install two premium Halkey-Roberts valves so both riders can plug in their pumps and inflate the board together.
A heavy board needs excellent tracking. We customize the fin boxes (US Fin Box or Slide-in) to ensure the board travels straight even with asymmetric paddling.
