For wider or longer ODM configurations (35"–36" wide, 12'–14' length), we can rate boards to 350 lbs+. If your target market includes heavier anglers or buyers who will be carrying significant gear, confirm the target capacity at the spec stage and we will build to that rating.
For rental fleet buyers specifically, we recommend the 6" dual-layer construction inflated to 15 PSI, which maintains structural rigidity under heavy daily use better than consumer-grade single-layer boards.
