Once fully inflated, the air track maintains its shape, resilience, and performance until deflated for easy storage and transport.
Q: What material do you use for your inflatable air tracks?
A: We use premium Double-Wall Fabric (DWF), also known as Drop-Stitch material. This allows the mat to be inflated to high pressure (up to 5-8 PSI), providing a rigid, springy surface similar to a rod floor. The outer layers are reinforced with 0.9mm commercial-grade PVC tarpaulin for puncture resistance.
Q: Can I customize the length and thickness of the track?
A: Yes. As an OEM factory, we manufacture air tracks in any size. While standard lengths are 3m, 4m, 6m (10ft – 20ft), we can produce continuous tracks up to 20m long. Standard thicknesses are 10cm, 20cm, and 30cm (4 inch to 12 inch), depending on the athlete’s weight and skill level.
Q: How can I connect multiple air tracks together?
A: Our air tracks come with heavy-duty Velcro strips on the short ends. We provide a seamless Velcro connection sheet that firmly locks two mats together, creating a smooth, gap-free surface for longer tumbling passes.
Q: How long will the air track stay inflated?
A: Thanks to our heat-welded seams and high-quality Bravo valves, Huale air tracks have excellent air tightness. Once fully inflated, they maintain pressure for days or even weeks without needing a top-up, making them perfect for busy gymnastics schools.
Q: What sports are these inflatable mats suitable for?
A: They are versatile for various disciplines. Our mats are widely used for artistic gymnastics, cheerleading, parkour, martial arts (tricking), and school PE classes. They offer a safe landing surface that reduces impact on joints compared to traditional foam mats.
